I had very minor excess skin, it tightened i...Hey! I had very minor excess skin, it tightened in time with a very clean nutrition plan and good cardio workout. (insanity) I know some people have more and some have none, not sure really what the common cause is for that. I do however have pretty deep stretch marks on each hip bone that have not gone away at all. From what I have found about the excess or loose skin is that time, cardio work, and clean nutrition are the only things that will take care of that. I have lost roughly 60lbs and have a lot of loose/saggy skin over my abs that jiggles when i move/do jump rope or hangs if i do a plank for example, its mainly skin as my body fat is low now and is from when i was fat. Have you got any tips on how to deal with this issue? How did you get your skin on your abs to tighten up?
