Seasoned Tilapia with fresh spinach salad.
Fish:
4 oz. Frozen Tilapia filet seasoned with Mrs. Dash (no sodium seasoning mix)
Spray pan with non fat cooking spray, sprinkle with seasoning and lay in the thawed filets. Season top side of filets to taste, and cook covered over medium heat till meat can be easily separated with a fork. Do not over cook!
Salad:
Bowl full of Fresh Spinach Greens
Sprinkle on some reduced fat feta
Sprinkle on some sliced almonds
and you guessed it,
Sprinkle on some dried cranberries
I add a few croutons for some extra crunch
***Important part here***
Measure out 2 Tablespoons of your salad dressing. Even if its fat free. Fat free dressing is packed with more sugar and carbs to make up the flavor. ;)
