You will see that they don’t eat or recommend you eat processed foods or box dinners, even if they happen to be low in calories or fat. Check out the sodium; read the ingredient lists; can you even pronounce the things that are in it? They also don’t recommend protein shakes, cereal, snack or protein bars for meals. While those are fine for snacks, they typically do not contain the nutrients your body needs for a meal.
They also believe that the example you set for your family and children is so important and it will stick with them for generations! There is such a heavy trend of obesity and unhealthy lifestyles all around us that Nate and Nicole have decided to do everything they possibly can to raise awareness of the dangers of an unhealthy lifestyle and make it more practical for individuals and families to make a change!
