Join a Challenge Group!

Hey everyone!  We are absolutely PUMPED!  we've been waiting to post this since we first found out what BeachBody was planning with the challenge groups!  Well, its getting close to pool and beach time and it couldn't be a better time to let you know about this!

Most of you know us, but some still don't, Nicole and I get really excited about things that we are passionate about, and this is for sure one of them!  BeachBody let us coaches know at the end of 2011 about something that was going to be starting up here very soon, the NEW BeachBody Challenge!  What is the Beachbody Challenge? Well, it’s a number of things I guess, but what it all comes down to is putting groups of people with similar goals and commitment together doing a Beachbody workout, using Shakeology for one meal a day, making healthy choices and having them all stay accountable to each other, all while having Nicole and I as your coaches during the entire 90 days. All of the communication and encouragement is very convenient as you will be added to our private Facebook group that is exclusively for challengers! 


What makes Challenge Groups so effective? I’ve always been a big believer in challenges because it highly motivates people, and I and everyone else taking part of it always tend to commit ourselves even more when we’re a part of one. When you have a group of people that are all committed to similar goals, communication is much easier, and you’re able to hold each other accountable and push each other even more. Plus, there is always some serious competition going on, forcing you to push even harder to achieve better results. When you have competition, encouragement, accountability, and support from other like minded people, it is literally a recipe for success! From the challenges we’ve held in the past, it’s unbelievable the type of results that some people got, and they even mentioned to us that there was no way they could have gotten those results without being part of an exclusive group. How do I join a challenge group?
  • Make One of Us Your Coach The first thing to do is make Nicole or I your coach if we're not already. As you already know (or may not know I guess), it’s free to make us your coach. By making Nicole or I your coach, you will have constant access to us for questions and support and we will be checking in daily with the challenge group. 
  • Order Your Challenge Pack:  The Challenge Pack includes Shakeology and a Beachbody program like P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, RevAbs, Brazil Butt Lift (choose from a total of 14 different workouts!) The reason Shakeology is a requirement is because it’s a product that Nicole and I have been using for over a year now, and we are 100% confident that it works, and have recommended to literally everyone we know, including our friends and family. What will I need to do once I’m in a Challenge Group?
  • Share Your Goals:  Share your goals with the group, interact with your teammates and post your 'before' picture. 
  • Post Daily:  Post each day that you’ve completed your workout, followed your nutrition plan and ask any questions or provide support to the other group members. 
  • Take Progress Photos:  While going through your journey, you’re going to want to make sure you take progress photos every 15 days and post them in the group as well. This way you can show each other that you’re getting results and staying committed! If you want, you can hold certain challenge within your group as well, such as who loses the most weight or body fat % during the 90 days.

Are there any prizes? YES! Beachbody will be giving away daily, monthly, quarterly, and even a grand prize of $100,000 for those with the best results. I know this for a fact, because I was chosen as the monthly winner in August 2011!  I got a $1000 check just for entering my results from my transformation!  And I am now eligible for the $100,000 this June!  (We will post a link to register for these prizes once you are in the FB group).

Not Ready For Quite That Much Commitment?  No Problem!
If the daily requirements and commitment to the challenge group is a little more than you are looking for, no problem at all!  You can still purchase a challenge pack of your choice, and get the support and encouragement from the TLH facebook group.  That is the group set up for everyone that we are coaching and working with.  You can post at your convenience, ask questions and are not required to post progress pics if you don't want to.  The choice is yours.  If you have any additional questions email me at Nate@TeamLivingHealthy.com.
