80-100 Calorie Snack List

 Here are some snack ideas that are 80-100 calories to give you some variety and options from day to day.  For No Worry Munchies, try cucumbers, radishes, red peppers, or any fresh raw vegetable (you can't blow your diet), ice water with lemon, cucumber salad, or fresh iced tea.  If you still want to munch...go write in your journal instead.
 
  • 2 oz. sliced deli turkey wrapped around cucumber spears
  • 2 oz. water-packed tuna served with 1/2 sliced plum tomato
  • 8-10 raw, unsalted almonds or 8 walnut halves
  • a protein shake composed of 1 scoop protein powder blended in a blender with 1/2 cup water and a handful of ice
  • 2 oz. sliced grilled chicken served with celery and red pepper sticks
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, mashed and scooped onto a romaine lettuce leaf; roll it up and enjoy
  • 8-10 raw unsalted cashews
  • Vegetable egg drop soup: in a small saucepan over medium high heat, add 1 cup steamed broccoli and 2  raw whisked egg whites to 1 cup of hot low sodium chicken broth; simmer for 4-5 mins
  • Mini chef salad; mixed green salad topped with 1 oz. lean ham and 2 oz. of turkey breast
  • 3 oz. boiled or steamed shrimp with 1 Tbsp. sugar free cocktail sauce
  • 1/4 small avocado
  • 1 Tbsp. nut butter

    Or have half a scoop of Shakeology with half a cup of water and a handful of ice for only 75 calories and tons of craving crushing nutrients!
