This is such and easy and tasty recipe! Great to double or triple and freeze too!

This tasty chili recipe is as easy as it gets!
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
·
1 small onion, chopped
·
1 pound ground turkey (I used 97% lean)
·
4-5 tablespoons taco seasoning mix (or one
store-bought packet); recipe for making your own taco mix at
www.TheYummyLife.com/recipes/76
·
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (fire-roasted
recommended) – I like to use fresh diced tomatoes and add a little salt
·
2 tablespoons tomato paste
· 1 ½ cups of dry
pinto beans fully cooked or 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans
·
3-4 green chilies, diced seeds removed or 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
·
1 1/2 cups of organic chicken broth
·
salt to taste
Directions
Optional toppings: low-fat shredded cheese, fat-free sour cream, chopped onions, chopped cilantro, goldfish
