What Else You Need to Know About Body Beast

Body Beast FAQ

If you're new to bodybuilding, here are the answers to the questions we are asked most often.

How can I eat thousands of calories a day and not get fat?

When you do Dynamic Set Training™, you've got to feed your muscles to keep them growing. If you want to look like a Beast, you've got to eat like a Beast.

I'm vegetarian. Can I do Body Beast?

Yes. In fact, there are many vegan and vegetarian bodybuilders. We'll explore how to get enough protein in the Book of Beast.

How should I pick which training schedule to follow? Should I do "Lean" or "Huge"?

If you have weight to lose, start with the Lean schedule. Once you've lost the excess weight, switch over to the "Huge" schedule.

There are three training blocks for each schedule. When should I move to the next block?

Approximately, you'll transition to the next phase every 3 to 7 weeks. Once you've reached your size goals, that's when you'll enter the final cutting phase. For more details, consult the Book of Beast.

I'm a woman. Can I do Body Beast?

Yes. Generally we say that it's difficult for women to bulk up, but this program is an exception. If your goal is to become a female bodybuilder—or just look like one—you should do Body Beast.

What is the difference between Dynamic Set Training™ and Muscle Confusion™?

P90X's Muscle Confusion™ allows you to improve your strength, endurance, power, mobility, cardiovascular, health, and achieve muscle growth. In P90X®, the goal is function fitness: to be able to move better and become more athletic. Body Beast's Dynamic Set Training™ is focused on one thing: getting big
