Recommended Training Tools:
Dumbbells. To build massive muscles, you're going to be lifting. A lot. We recommend picking up a full set so you are ready on day one.
Resistance Bands. If a set of dumbbells isn't in
your budget, pick up a set of resistance bands to hold you over.
Resistance bands can provide up to 100 pounds of resistance and, if
correctly attached to a door, can be used as a great alternative to
pull-ups.**
Weight Bench. In Body Beast, the weight bench is your anchor on which you'll do many exercises.
Stability Ball. If you're tight on space, a
stability ball can stand in temporarily for a weight bench, though,
because it moves, you'll have to use lighter weights when you begin
using it.
Chin-Up Bar/Chin-Up Max. For the pull-up and chin-up
exercises, the Beachbody Chin-Up bar is an essential piece of
equipment. If you're struggling with these exercises in the beginning,
the Chin-Up Max provides a variable bit of resistance until you're
strong enough to do these exercises on your own.
Jump Mat. Your joints, spine, and downstairs
neighbor will thank you for using this. When you're jumping and dropping
